Fire Kissed Meatloaf
- 1 1/3lb lean ground beef
- 2/3lb lean ground pork
- 1 package dehydrated onion soup
- 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup finely ground celery (ground in food processor)
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 1/3 cup A-1 Chicago Steakhouse Marinade
- 1/3 cup white chardonney wine
- Preheat outdoor grill to 350 degrees.
- Place beef, pork, onion soup, bread crumbs and celery in a large bowl and combine.
- Combine wine, marinade and egg in a seperate container.
- Add liquid to the meat mixture and combine thoroughly.
- Form into loaf and place into an aluminum pan.
- Place pan on indirect heat side of grill and close lid for 1 hour.
- Remove from heat and let cool for 30 minutes.
- Remove loaf from pan and enjoy.
