Fruit Salsa And Cinnamon Chips

  1. 1. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix kiwis, raspberries, strawberries, brown sugar, fruit preserves, and apples (remember to add apples last). Cover and chill in the refrigerator no less than 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  3. 3. Use cooking spray or melt butter to coat one side of each flour tortilla. Cut into triangles and arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle with desired amount of cinnamon sugar. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, until crisp.
  4. 4. Allow about 15 minutes for chips to cool, serve with chilled fruit salsa.
