Grilled Bbq Chicken Pizza
- 6 Frozen dinner roll dough (thawed and rolled into a 6 inch diameter circle)
- 1 1/2 cups of hickory flavored BBQ Sauce.
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chopped chicken (preferable cooked on the grill)
- 1 1/2 cups Monterey jack cheese shredded
- 1 red onion sliced thin
- olive oil
- Preheat grill, medium heat.
- Brush both sides of dough with olive oil.
- Place flattened dough directly on grill grates.
- Cook only one side of dough until lightly brown, this can happen fast.
- Remove from grill.
- Reduce heat to low and indirect.
- Place dough cooked side up on prep surface.
- Add 1/4 cup of BBQ Sauce, Chicken, and cheese.
- Add onion slices to individual taste.
- Place pizzas back on the grill.
- Cover grill and let cook until cheese has melted approximately 6 minutes.
