Spicy Spagetti Squash Lasagna

  1. Heat Oven to 350 and pan on medium high w/olive oil
  2. Chop onion, cilantro, jalepenos,spinach, mushrooms and sauntee w/garlic and olive oil. Set aside.
  3. Brown protein, drain and set aside.
  4. Half spagetti squash, brush w/olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper bake face down for 40-50 min
  5. Once meat is browned, drain and pour in spagetti sauce and sauntee on med/low
  6. When Squash is done, shread with a fork and mix w/greens, onion, garlic and cheeese.
  7. Layer in small baking dish w/squash on bottom, then meat mixture, then squash, then meat and top w/mozerella. Bake for 20 min. Let cool and serve.
