Easy Grasshopper Pie

  1. Prepare instant puddings in separate bowls, each with 1 1/2 cups of milk. Set inside refrigerator until chilled. Pour the chocolate pudding into the chocolate crust and let chill until set.
  2. To vanilla pudding add the 1 t. peppermint flavoring and the 1-2 drops of green food coloring.
  3. Stir until vanilla pudding turns green. Pour about 1/2 the pudding on top of the chocolate pudding. Mix the rest of the green vanilla pudding mixture with the Cool Whip. Pour on top of the rest of the pie. Chill until time to serve, 1-2 hours is best.
