Martha'S Banana Bread

  1. Preheat Oven to 350. Spray a 9X5 bread pan with oil.
  2. Cream butter and sugar together.
  3. Mix in bananas, then eggs and vanilla.
  4. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add walnuts and millet seed.
  5. Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients until well incorporated.
  6. Bake for one hour; check with toothpick at 50 minutes. Lower temperature to 300 and bake until toothpick comes out dry.
