Trader Joe'S Chicken Cilantro Wontons With Brown Rice & Veggies
- Trader Joe's Frozen Chicken Cilantro Wontons (~36/pieces)
- Trader Joe's Frozen Brown Rice
- Baby Bok Choy
- Sliced Mushrooms
- Scallions
- Sesame Seeds
- Tempura Dipping Sauce
- Chili Paste
- Oil for Wok
- Heat 1 Tblsp oil over medium high in the wok and transfer the *frozen* wontons into the hot wok. Cook for 5 minutes stirring.
- At the same time toss the frozen rice bag in the microwave for 3 minutes.
- While rice/wontons are cooking chop ends off of scallions and bok choy, set aside to get ready to stir fry.
- Remove wontons from wok.
- Add veggies, first bok choy, then scallions, then mushrooms, top it with a bit of tempura dipping sauce and sesame seeds with 1 minute left to go.
- When rice is done transfer to two plates, then on the other side of the plate transfer wontons directly out of hot wok, finally place veggies on top of rice, with dipping sauce in the middle.
