Brandi'S Italian Pasta Casserole
- 1 lbs Hamburger
- 4 White Pearl Onions minced
- 29 oz Tomato Sauce
- 12 oz Tomato Paste
- 14.5 oz Beef Broth
- 2 TBS Honey
- 1 1/2 TSP Salt
- 1 TBS Freshly minced Thyme
- 1 1/2 TBS Freshly minced Oregano
- 2 TBS Freshly minced Basil
- 2 TBS Freshly minced Parsley
- 2 Bay Leaves crumbled
- 4 lg minced Garlic cloves
- 1 TBS Freshly minced Marjoram
- 1 TBS Dry Italian Seasoning
- 2 TBS Freshly minced Cilantro
- 2 TSP Chili Powder
- 1 TSP Cumin
- 1 TSP Paprika
- 3 TBS Red Wine Vinegar
- 4 cups shredded Colby Jack Cheese
- 12 oz cooked Rigatoni Pasta
- Brown ground beef. Combine all ingredients except pasta in a large deep sauce pan. Bring to a boil reduce heat to simmer and simmer for 60 minutes. Cook pasta according to pkg.. In a 13" x 13" x 4" casserole dish line bottom with 1/2 sauce, then layer with 1/3 of cheese, then layer of pasta, then layer with 1/3 of cheese, Top with remaining sauce and cheese. Bake at 350 covered for 30 minutes.
