Worlds Greatest Chili
- 3 turns olive oil
- 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 2 small cans kidney beans and liquid
- 1 small can mixed vegetables and liquid
- 1 large can whole tomatoes torn by hand roughly plus liquid
- 1 can brown beans with pork and molasses
- 1/2 onion chopped coarsely
- 3 cloves garlic pressed
- 1 stalk celery diced
- 1/2 can corn peaches and cream
- 1/2 cup salted cashews
- 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
- 3/4 can budweiser or other beer substitute
- 2 jarred roasted red peppers diced
- 3 tbsp cumin
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp cayenne
- salt and pepper
- 1 cube beef stock crumbles
- 3 tbsp liquid smoke mesquite
- 1 1/2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 5 shakes bottle of tobasco
- 5 shakes mexican hot orange habanaro hot sauce or your personal fav hot sauce
- 8 cups water
- 1. In a large pot add olive oil, add ground beef , onion and garlic . brown beef `.
- 2. once browned add all other ingredients and simmer for 3 hrs until chili reduces by half from 3/4 heat to low heat by end, cashews will be soft , do not allow to burn .
