Shrimp Fra Dialbloita

  1. 1.Saute onion and bell pepper in olive oil for two minutes oner medium heat. Add shrimp. Sprinkle salt, pepper and cracked red pepper in saute pan. Turn Shrimp after about a minute or two. Shrimp is done when pink. Remove from heat sourse. Set aside.
  2. 2. Warm tortillas in a dry pan over medium heat until softened.
  3. 3. Fill tortillas w/ Shrimp, onion, pepper mixture. Garnish w/ avacado, sour cream, salsa, lime juice, jalapeno.
  4. 4. Chow down and go back for seconds and thirds.
  5. 5. Serve w/ a crisp dry white wine, ice cold Mexican beer, Margarita or Iced Sun Tea.
