Italian Chicken

  1. Bake chicken breasts in broiler and cover with foil at 325u0b0 until tender.
  2. Remove and set aside.
  3. In large pot, saute bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, garlic, Italian herbs and oregano in 1/2 cup of wine and olive oil until tender.
  4. Add the Prego sauce and other half of wine.
  5. Cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
  6. Cook noodles as directed on package.
  7. Place noodles and chicken breasts and cover with sauce in casserole dish.
  8. Top with cheese.
  9. Bake at 325u0b0 for 30 minutes.
