Danji Burger
- *Brioche Buns slightly toasted
- *Dipped in EVOO
- *Sprinkle with crushed red pepper
- *Sirloin and Lamb patty with sauteed onion, garlic, rosemary, Gruyere cheese . (worked into meat)
- *Top with Arugula leaves and Red Cabbage
- *Salt and Pepper
- Combine Ground Lamb and Sirloin
- Add Egg.
- Saute onions, garlic and rosemary in olive oil lightly.
- Work in onion garlic rosemary saute into meat.
- Add grated Gruyere cheese to meat mix.
- Salt and pepper meat to taste.
- Make into patties for grilling.
- Grille meat to desired finish.
- Brush Brioche Buns open side with EVOO and Lightly toast on grille.
- Drizzle toasted bun with EVOO and crushed red pepper.
- Set cooked patty on bun and top with Arugula Lettuce and Red Cabbage.
- Drizzled with Black Currant infused Balsamic Vinegar and EVOO salt and Pepper.
