Danji Burger

  1. Combine Ground Lamb and Sirloin
  2. Add Egg.
  3. Saute onions, garlic and rosemary in olive oil lightly.
  4. Work in onion garlic rosemary saute into meat.
  5. Add grated Gruyere cheese to meat mix.
  6. Salt and pepper meat to taste.
  7. Make into patties for grilling.
  8. Grille meat to desired finish.
  9. Brush Brioche Buns open side with EVOO and Lightly toast on grille.
  10. Drizzle toasted bun with EVOO and crushed red pepper.
  11. Set cooked patty on bun and top with Arugula Lettuce and Red Cabbage.
  12. Drizzled with Black Currant infused Balsamic Vinegar and EVOO salt and Pepper.
