Fish With Tumeric Sauce

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place fish, skin side down, on oven proof dish.
  3. Coat top of fish with mayoinaise, sprinkle with salt & pepper.
  4. Spread and press in bread crumbs.
  5. Sprinkle lemon juice over crumbs.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes.
  7. While fish is baking, heat oil in pan, add in tumeric and shallots, fry till fragarant.
  8. All in flour, make a roux, gradually stir in skimmed milk and addalt to taste.
  9. Pour over fish.
  10. Serve with plain white rice and a salad.
