Stuffed Round Steak

  1. Cut beef in half making 2 slices 1 1/2 inch thick.
  2. Cook garlic, onion, green pepper in butter and saute until soft but not brown.
  3. Blend in soup, drain mushrooms & add with olives, pimento, stuffing & pepper.
  4. Place between meat slices.
  5. Roast in 450 degrees for 15 minutes and then 350 degrees for 30 minutes for medium rare.
  6. Add stir fry veggies or tossed salad for quick meal.
