Asian Shrimp Wrapped In Bacon

  1. Mix all ingredients for marinade & set aside
  2. Cut bacon slices in half
  3. Wrap 1 uncooked shrimp, 1 snow pea, and 1 slice of water chestnut in 1/2 slice of bacon and secure with toothpick.
  4. Continue until all shrimp are assembled & place them in a shallow dish
  5. Pour marinade over shrimp, cover & refrigerate 6 hours to overnight, turning once if necessary
  6. Remove shrimp wraps from marinade and place on a foil lined baking sheet
  7. Bake at 450u0b0 for 8 - 10 minutes, turn & continue baking 3-5 minutes or until bacon is cooked on opposite side
