Walrus Bread (Gluten Free)(Bread Machine)

  1. Mix the seven dry ingredients in a large bowl (garbanzo bean flour through yeast). Using water from your hot water faucet (about 110-115 degrees F) mix eggs, oil, vinegar and water in a large bowl. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients. Spoon dough into the bread machine bucket. Set the controls for basic white bread and light setting. Finished loaf should be about 5 inches high.
