Walrus Bread (Gluten Free)(Bread Machine)
- 1 c. garbanzo bean flour
- 1 1/2 c. brown rice flour
- 1/2 c. potato starch
- 3 t. xanthan gum
- 1 t. salt
- 2 T. sugar
- 1 T. active dry yeast
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 2 T. vegetable oil
- 1 t. vinegar, room temperature
- 1 3/4 c. water, room temperature
- Mix the seven dry ingredients in a large bowl (garbanzo bean flour through yeast). Using water from your hot water faucet (about 110-115 degrees F) mix eggs, oil, vinegar and water in a large bowl. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients. Spoon dough into the bread machine bucket. Set the controls for basic white bread and light setting. Finished loaf should be about 5 inches high.
