Spicy Jalapeo-Shrimp Pasta

  1. Thaw shrimp, if frozen. Peel and devein shrimp. Cook linguine according to package directions. Chop jalapeos finely. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add jalapeos, garlic, salt and pepper; cook and stir for 1 minute. Add shrimp; cook and stir about 3 minutes more or until shrimp turn opaque. Stir in tomatoes; heat through. Drain linguine; toss with shrimp mixture. If you would like, top with Parmesan cheese.
