Arugula Strawberry Salad With Sherry Honey Vinaigrette
- Salad
- 16 oz Arugula
- 1/2 Fennel, sliced thin
- 1 Tomato chopped
- 1 pt Strawberries sliced
- 6 slices of thick crispy bacon crumbled
- 4 oz Goat Cheese crumbled
- Sherry Honey Vinaigrette
- 1/2 C Sherry Vinegar
- 1 C Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 C Grape Seed Oil
- 1/2 C Honey
- 1 Clove chopped Garlic
- 1 T Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 t Salt & Pepper
- Make the vinaigrette at least the day before you use. So the flavors can blend & mellow together.*
- Combine all vinaigrette ingredients in a container, use immersion blender to mix.
- Refrigerate.
- Mix all salad ingredients in
- salad bowl.
- To serve add the vinaigrette by spoon fulls and toss to desired taste.
