Beef Stew

  1. Combine beef, flour, salt, marjoram and pepper in a 3-quart casserole.
  2. Stir to coat.
  3. Dissolve bouillon granules in hot water.
  4. Add to meat; cover.
  5. Microwave at High for 10 minutes; stir.
  6. Reduce power to Low.
  7. Microwave for 30 minutes.
  8. Stir in the vegetables; re-cover.
  9. Microwave at Low for 45 to 60 minutes or until meat and vegetables are tender, stirring 2 times.
  10. Serves 6 to 8.
