Cuban Shrimp Fricassee

  1. Saute garlic, onions, green pepper & bay leaf
  2. Add tomato sauce
  3. On medium heat, add spices, ketchup, cooking wine, and vinegar and tabasco sauce
  4. Simmer
  5. Add shrimp - simmer until cooked throughly
  6. Add pimentos & parsley
  7. Serve over white rice
