Besan Ki Roti

  1. Combine all the ingredients for the masala filling in a small bowl. Divide into 8 portions and set aside.
  2. Combine all the ingredients for the roti and knead into a soft dough using water as required.
  3. Divide the dough into 8 portions and make balls.
  4. Roll out each ball into a 4-inch disc and place a portion of the masala filling onto it. Fold into half and then
  5. into quarter to make a triangle. Roll out again to make a triangular roti.
  6. Repeat the same with the remaining portions.
  7. Heat a tawa and fry each roti with a little ghee till both sides are well done.
  8. Apply a little ghee and crush with your hands. Serve hot
