Gilled Vegatable Salad

  1. Trim tops and bottoms off squash, zuchinni,and eggplant. Slice all vegtables lengthwise and place on your grill and base will olive oil until tender.Once vegtables are tender remove from heat and dice into cubes, then set aside. In large bowl, add salad green, grilled vegtables, and the remainder of your wet and dry ingredients to the bowl. Lightly toss and serve immediately.
