Chicken Paprikash With Brocoli

  1. lay out chicken pieces, sprinkle on top: Salt, cracked pepper, cornstarch, white pepper, alepo pepper, paprika
  2. heat oil, medium heat. add chicken, brown on one side for 5 mins or so. flip over and brown. add more oil as needed.
  3. dice one large onion, two medium/large tomoatoes, with seeds taken out.
  4. add to water: Better Than Boulion, and chicken glace. let sit and disolve.
  5. when chicken is done, add onion to duch oven (do not clean out pan). saute for a bit, then add paprika to onions. saute till light brown.
  6. add tomatoes,, and sliced red peppers.
  7. add chicken stock. stir. add brocoli pieces.
  8. let simmer for 5 mins, to cook brocoli and ensure chicken is comopletely done, too.
  9. take some broth and add to sour cream. add some more, then add all of sour cream.
  10. spoon over noodles that have been drained, and several tablespoons of butter have been added.
