Grandma Addie'S Tomato Soup Cake

• 3/4 c. Crisco
• 1 1/3 c. sugar
• 1 can tomato soup
• 1 can water
• 1 tsp. soda
• 3 c. flour
• 3/4 tsp. salt
• 3 tsp. baking powder
• 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
• 1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
• 1 tsp. cloves
• 1 1/2 c. cut raisins
• 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
• 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
• 1 Tbsp. water
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• enough powdered sugar to make firm

1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
2. Grease and flour tube or Bundt pan. Cream sugar and shortening.
3. Combine soup with water and soda. Add to first mixture, alternating with dry ingredients.
4. Stir in raisins and nuts.
5. Pour into pan.
6. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
7. Check for doneness with clean toothpick.
8. Frost with cream cheese frosting:

crisco, sugar, tomato soup, water, soda, flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, raisins, nuts, cream cheese, water, vanilla, powdered sugar
