Stuffed Shells

  1. Boil pasta until
  2. firm,
  3. rinsetnd
  4. drain.
  5. Saute
  6. the sausage and break up
  7. into small pieces.
  8. Mix with the drained spinach, drained cottage
  9. cheese,
  10. garlic, lemon juice, grated cheese, salt, pepper and
  11. oregano.ttir in beaten egg.
  12. Stuff the shells with this mix
  13. and
  14. place in a greased baking dish. Top with tomato sauce.take at
  15. 350u0b0 until all is hot and the cheese melted, about 20 minutes.
