Broccoli Slaw
- t pkg broccoli slaw mix
- t sm bunch greens onions - chopped thin
- t bunch cilantro - chopped
- Mix together and set aside the following
- t/2 cup sunflower seeds
- t/4 cup sliced or slivered almonds (you can up pecans or walnuts or a mix of all 3)
- t small can rice noodles (NOT chow mien noodles) - (you can also use salad fixins - fried onions)
- Dressing
- t/2 cup sunflower or peanut oil - (I use canola)
- t/4 cup white vinegar - (I use rice vinegar)
- t/2 cup sugar (I use little over 1/4 cup Stevia)
- t 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- tix until sugar is dissolved
- Make the salad dressing. Combine all ingredients just before serving.
