Bbq Chicken Wings
- 12 Chicken Wings
- Sauce:
- 1 bottle of Kraft Hickory Smoke BBq sauce
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
- 1 dash of hot sauce
- 1 dash of Worcester sauce
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- heat the oven to 350 degrees
- season the wings with salt and pepper
- set your frying pan (I use an electric skillet) on medium high heat. pour in enough cooking oil to coat the bottom of the pan.
- when the pan is hot, add the wings and sear on both sides about nine minutes.
- prepare all your Sauce ingredients. mix all the items above in a bowl
- take the seared chicken and drop them in the sauce.
- after coating the chicken in the sauce, place the chicken wings in a 13x9 baking dish.
- spoon more sauce on top.
- cook in the oven for 35 minutes. (you want that charred look.)
- serve with corn and mashed potatoes!
