Lasagna
- 1 small box lasagna noodles, cooked
- 1 packet spaghetti mix
- 1 large can seasoned tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 head garlic, minced
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground meat
- 1 (8 oz.) bag Mozzarella cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) bag Cheddar cheese
- Brown ground meat, drain fat.
- In a deep pan or pot add meat, onion, garlic, tomato paste, tomato sauce and spaghetti mix.
- Add 1/2 to 1 cup water.
- Stir.
- Heat on high until it begins to bubble, then turn on low and simmer for about 45 minutes.
- You'll need a deep, oblong pan.
- Slightly grease bottom.
- Put a layer of noodles, layer of meat and layer of cheeses.
- Repeat again.
- Turn oven to 350u0b0 and cook about 30 to 40 minutes.
- Serves 6.
