- John's "Fever Breaker" soup
- 5 c water
- Two minced green onions and their tops
- 1 1/2 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tsp mirin
- 1/2 Tbsp chicken bouillon
- 2 Tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- (Added goodies: Bok choy, imitation krab, dumplings, etc., noodles - toss in wutchalike.)
- ***Chinese hot oil***
- Boil water - Duh, it's a SOUP
- Add soy, oyster sauce, mirin, and bouillon.
- Add any veggies/protein/noodles - keep it within bounds of reason, okay? - as you see fit.
- Before serving, add sesame oil, stir.
- Add hot oil to your liking. The hot oil will dull the taste, so it won't be as flavorful as without, but this is a remedy, okay? It's supposed to slap you around. Quit complaining and eat it.
