Crispy Wontons With Wasabi Salmon

  1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
  2. Whisk 1/4 cup oil and egg white in a small bowl. Place the wonton wrappers in a single layer on cookie sheet. brush with some of the oil mixture and sprinkle with seeds. Fold diagonally in half. brush with more oil and sprinkle with more seeds. Cut each in half for 2 triangles. Bake until golden brown or about 13 minutes. Cool.
  3. Whisk the vinegar, chives, wasabi, ginger and 1/2 tsp of sesame oil in a bowl. Cover each wonton with a slice of salmon. Drizzle with the wasabi mixture. Top with some sprouts.
