3P'S With Normandy Coconut Sauce Fresh Fruit Sirup
- 3 unpeal Pears

- 1/2 of peal Pineaple
- 1/2Cup Brown sugar
- 2Tablespoon Mince Ginger

- 1/2 Pomegranate
- 1 Vanilla beans
- Quart Coconut milk
- 1Cup sugar
- 3Tablespoon water
- 1 bottle any cheap White wine
- 1 orange cut in 1/4
- 1Tablespoon star anize
- 1teaspoon anize
- 3 cinnamon stick
- 1Tablespoon whole allspice
- 1teaspoon cloves
- 1Cup white sugar
- 1/2teaspoon chilli powder
- Peal the pear and In a sauce pan put the water pear,White
- wine,orange,star anize,anize cinnamon stick,wholeallspice,
- cloves, sugar and chilli powder,bring that to boil and then simmer for an hour.

- Put pear aside to cool off drain the juice and let reduce it to 1 cup.

- Preheat the oven to 350, Peal pineapple cut in half, in a mixing boll add brown sugar and ginger and pineappple coded with the mixing put it in a shit pan and put in the oven for 1/2 hour.
- When done take off and let cool off.

- Add coconut milk, vanilla bean slice on the middle and scrap in a sauce pan reduce to to half put it on the side for 20 minutes then go ahead and cook the sugar. To cook the sugar put the sugar and water in a small sauce pan cook it until is light yellow color slowly add the coconut milk stiring all the time let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Then cool it off in a ice bath stiring constantly until cool off.
- Slice the pomegranate in 1/2 take out the seeds.
