Grilled Tuna Pasta Salad

  1. Place the tuna into a medium bowl. In a small bowl mix the olive oil, 4 tbsp. of soy sauce, Sherry, dill relish, ginger and orange peel and pour over the tuna. Let marinate overnight.
  2. The next day, cook macaroni according to the package directions. Drain and cool. Grill the tuna over a medium fire for five minutes per side, or until cooked through. Place the macaroni into a large bowl; add the tuna, the remaining soy sauce, cucumber, onion, ground pepper and mayonnaise. Mix and, if necessary, add more mayo. Refrigerate. Serve with Basil Tomatoes.
