Mushy Coco Nana Muffins

  1. Preheat oven 350u0b0F. Mash up bananas and set aside. In large bowl, cream butter and sugar and add a little water to help mix. In medium bowl, combine flour,cacao, baking soda, and salt and cinnamon; set aside. Add egg, vanilla and banana; mix well. Add flour mixture slowly alternating with applesauce and mix in flax seeds; blend thoroughly but do not over mix. Pour into prepared pans. Bake 17-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan on rack; remove and cool completely before decorating.
