Spaghetti And Meat Sauce
- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 rib celery
- 1/2 fresh pepper
- 1 small onion
- 1 pt. spaghetti sauce
- 1/3 pack dry spaghetti sauce mix
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. Gravy Master
- 1 tsp. dry parsley
- 1 tsp. dry oregano
- 1 tsp. dry Italian spices
- 1/3 lb. dry spaghetti
- Cook spaghetti to al dente.
- In large skillet, brown beef; add chopped celery, pepper and onion.
- Stir until they are soft.
- Add cornstarch and dry sauce mix and stir to blend well.
- Add other ingredients, stirring constantly.
- Turn heat to low.
- Add cooked spaghetti; stir.
- Cover and let flavors blend.
- Turn off heat.
- Let sit 5 minutes and serve with grated cheese and hot peppers. Serves 3.
