Meatballs In Garlic Sauce

  1. Mix lamb, onions, garlic, parsley and mint.
  2. Add the seasoning and egg yolks.
  3. Divide the mixture into small portions and shape into ocktail sized balls.
  4. Fry well in moderately hot oil.
  5. Remove and keep aside.
  6. TO PREPARE THE SAUCE
  7. Heat oil in a pan.
  8. Add the onions and garlic and aaute for sometime.
  9. Add celery, tomato puree and tomato ketchup.
  10. Mix well to form a smooth sauce.
  11. Toss in the fried meatballs.
  12. Check the seasoning.
  13. Remove & serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
