Mary'S Cheesy Pasta
- 3 cups cut-up boneless chicken
- 1/2 green pepper chopped
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 can Cream Of Chicken soup
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 can rotel (I use regular flavor)
- 1/2 pkg of Velveeta cheese
- 1 16 oz package angel hair pasta
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 pkg shredded cheese (I use sharp chedder)
- Brown chicken, add green pepper and onion. When green pepper and onion are tender drain and combine with chicken broth.
- While chicken is cooking - cook angel hair past in boiling, salted water till done. Drain.
- Cut Velveeta into chunks. Combine with rotel and chicken broth. Microwave till all Velveeta is melted. Stir well to mix.
- Mix everything togeather completely. Pour into 13"x9" baking pan, sprinkle cheese over top. Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven till cheese is melted and nicely browned.
