Mary'S Cheesy Pasta

  1. Brown chicken, add green pepper and onion. When green pepper and onion are tender drain and combine with chicken broth.
  2. While chicken is cooking - cook angel hair past in boiling, salted water till done. Drain.
  3. Cut Velveeta into chunks. Combine with rotel and chicken broth. Microwave till all Velveeta is melted. Stir well to mix.
  4. Mix everything togeather completely. Pour into 13"x9" baking pan, sprinkle cheese over top. Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven till cheese is melted and nicely browned.
