Curried Meatballs

  1. In a medium bowl combine crumbs, 2/3 cup mincemeat, meat, egg, salt and pepper.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Shape into 1 1/2-inch meatballs.
  4. In a large skillet, brown meatballs in oil; remove as browned.
  5. In same skillet, cook onion and green pepper until tender.
  6. Add remaining mincemeat, curry and ReaLemon.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Return meatballs to skillet.
  9. Cover; simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  10. Serve with rice.
