Sweet 'N Sour Peglegs
- 12 chicken wings (use the meaty part)
- 1/3 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. brown Bouquet sauce
- 1/2 lemon, sliced
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. grated onion
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 2/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 large can pineapple tidbits, plus 1/2 c. juice
- Early in the day, combine all ingredients in a 2-quart casserole.
- Chill 2 to 8 hours.
- Just before serving, microwave at High 10 to 12 minutes; stir occasionally.
- Serve with party picks. Yields 12 Peglegs.
