Mexican Meatball Casserole

  1. Heat oven to 450u0b0.
  2. Mix ground beef, hard-cooked eggs, 1/4 cup onion, parsley, cinnamon, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper.
  3. Shape mixture into 1 inch balls; place in ungreased baking dish, 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2 inches.
  4. Bake 8 to 12 minutes or until meatballs are brown.
