Nutcap Tea

  1. - Put the tea bags into a container holding the hot water, and let steep for five minutes
  2. - Add 5 tbsp sugar
  3. - Stir
  4. - add 1 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  5. - let steep for 3 minutes
  6. - place coffee filter in the wire filter and hold over the bowl.
  7. - slowly pour amounts of the tea into the coffee filter and wait for fluid to go into bowl
  8. - Repeat until all has been transferred
  9. - then add ice cubes to the bowl (1 1/2 to 2 cups) and stir
  10. - then, using a funnel, pour tea into a bottle
  11. REFRIGERATE
