Nutcap Tea
- 2 bags chamomile tea
- 3 1/2 cups hot water
- 5 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
- a coffee filter
- medium sized plastic bowl
- medium sized wire filter to hold over bowl for straining
- - Put the tea bags into a container holding the hot water, and let steep for five minutes
- - Add 5 tbsp sugar
- - Stir
- - add 1 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- - let steep for 3 minutes
- - place coffee filter in the wire filter and hold over the bowl.
- - slowly pour amounts of the tea into the coffee filter and wait for fluid to go into bowl
- - Repeat until all has been transferred
- - then add ice cubes to the bowl (1 1/2 to 2 cups) and stir
- - then, using a funnel, pour tea into a bottle
- REFRIGERATE
