Robert Redford'S Favorite Dessert
- 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. margarine, melted
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 (8 oz.) containers Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 small box instant chocolate pudding
- 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
- 4 c. milk
- Combine first 3 ingredients and press into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake for 6 to 8 minutes at 350u0b0 and let cool.
- Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and 8 ounces Cool Whip and spread over crust.
- (Spread thick so crust won't break.)
- Mix chocolate pudding with 2 cups milk and pour over cream cheese layer.
- Mix vanilla pudding with 2 cups milk and pour over chocolate layer.
- (Let pudding layers set for a few minutes in refrigerator.)
- Top with 8 ounces Cool Whip.
- Refrigerate and serve cold.
- May also be frozen for future.
