Simple Chicken Salad

  1. In large bowl toss together chicken, celery, almonds, scallions, dill, and parsley.
  2. In small bowl whisk together mayo, lemon juice, the 2 mustards, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add mayo mixture to the bowl with the chicken and mix until combined.
  4. Refrigerate and serve cold.
