Mild Bean Chutney

  1. Steam the tomatoes, cabbage, carrots, and green peppers for 10 minutes over low heat. Place in bowl and stir in lemon juice, red onions, corn, peas, spices, vinegar, and beans.
  2. Serve cold on top of shredded lettuce.
