Lumpia

  1. In a large saucepan, brown meat with garlic and onion.
  2. Add vegetables and seasonings; cook for 2 minutes.
  3. (Do not overcook vegetables.)
  4. Drain and cool.
  5. Combine flour and water to make a paste.
  6. To make lumpia, place 2 tablespoons of vegetable filling on a wrapper.
  7. Fold nearest edge of wrapper over filling; fold left and right towards center.
  8. Roll tightly toward open edge.
  9. Seal with paste.
  10. Heat oil to 375u0b0.
  11. Fry lumpia until golden brown; drain.
  12. Serve with Lumpia Dipping Sauce.
  13. Makes 40 lumpia.
