Lizzie'S Meatlump

  1. Mix the first six ingredients together with your hands, along with half the tomato sauce. When blended, sort of mound it into a compact, lumpy heap in a deep square casserole dish - I use Corningware. It is more of a meat lump than a true meatloaf.
  2. Mix together the remaining tomato sauce with the water, mustard, vinegar, and sugar. Pour it over the meat lump.
  3. Bake, uncovered, at 350 or 375 until done - probably about 90 minutes or so.
