Viennese Hazelnut Coins
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

- combine vanilla bean with 1/2 cup powdered sugar in an airtight container. let sit for 24 hours.
- preheat oven to 350.
- cream butter, sugar till fluffy. beat in vanilla and eggs. add hazelnuts and salt. add flour.
- roll marble sized balls on a silpat-lined baking sheet.
- bake for 10-15 minutes.
- dust with vanilla sugar.
