Sweet Shrimp In Portobello Cream

  1. Combine seasoning mix in small bowl. Head a heavy pan over medium Heat. Add butter, onion, bell peppers, mushrooms, garlic, and ginger. Add seasoning mix. Cook, stirring frequently, until starts to stick to bottom of pan, about 5 mins. Add the stock. Scrape bottom of pan to loosen brown bits. Cook, stirring frequently, for 7 mins. Add the cream and cane syrup. Bring just to a boil, then reduce and simmer 10 mins. Stir in the shrimp, return heat to med-high, bring to a boil. Cook just untill shrimp are cooked.
