Chicken With Sun-Dried Tomato Cream Sauce

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Grill. Cut into bite-size pieces.
  2. Add cream to large saucepan and heat over medium-low heat. Add mascarpone and stir until melted and incorporated.
  3. Whisk in pesto and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add chicken and sun-dried tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes to marry flavors.
  5. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over cooked pasta.
  6. Garnish with chopped basil.
