Strawberry, Raspberry Or Pineapple Squares

  1. Mix flour, brown sugar, Grape-Nuts and margarine.
  2. Spread on cookie sheet.
  3. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes, stirring often into crumbs.
  4. Drain some of juice from fruit.
  5. Combine egg whites, sugar and lemon juice with fruit in large mixing bowl and beat on high speed until soft peaks (maybe 10 minutes).
  6. Fold in large Cool Whip.
  7. Spread 1/2 crumbs in 9 x 13-inch pan.
  8. Cover with filling and then rest of crumbs.
  9. Cover with foil and freeze.
  10. Can be made several days in advance.
