Stuffed Chicken

  1. Directions for Cooked Minced Meat:
  2. 1. Add finely chopped onions into a pot of olive oil along with the minced meat, cinnamon, all spice, bay leaves and salt
  3. 2. Both the onion and the minced meat will start to release water.
  4. 3. Cook and stir the ingredients until the water disappears
  5. Directions for Rice and Minced Meat:
  6. 1. Cook 1 1.5 cups of rice until half done
  7. 2. Drain half cooked rice
  8. 3. In a pan with olive oil, spoon Minced Meat, then spoon half cooked rice (For every one spoon of minced meat put two spoons of rice).
  9. 4. Mix minced meat and rice together
  10. 5. Rice should be more than the minced meat
  11. 6. Add all spice, turmeric, cinnamon and pepper
  12. 7. Mix ingredients together and cook on low fire
  13. 8. Add little water and put lid on
  14. Directions for Chicken:
  15. 1. Wash chicken inside and out in cold water.
  16. 2. Place chicken in a pyrex.
  17. 3. Add all spice, turmeric, cinnamon, pepper, olive oil, lemon, salt and i grated garlic clove to chicken.
  18. 4. When the rice is cooked stuff into chicken
  19. 5. Close pyrex with foil and put in oven until cook.
  20. 6.When cooked remove foil and leave the chicken in oven.
